On the occasion of September 7 - the day of the liberation of Makedonski Brod, the Municipality of Makedonski Brod awarded a plaque to Health center Makedonski Brod for special contribution in the field of health.

Vaccination of older persons against COVID-19 will start on Friday at the Health Center in Makedonski Brod. In this health care institution one hundred AstraZeneka vaccines have been received, which in the next five days will be received by the oldest inhabitants of this municipality.

Visit of the Ambassador of Japan to the PHI Health Center Makedonski Brod on the occasion of a successfully completed project
On the occasion of the successfully implemented project for improving the health conditions in the Health Center Makedonski Brod, the Ambassador of Japan visited the Health Center and together with the Director of the institution discussed the huge benefits of this donation. Ambassador Keiko Heneda and the Director Dr. Zarko Simeski planted a Japanese cherry tree in the hospital as a sign of friendship between the Japanese people and the Republic of Northern Macedonia. They stated the following: Keiko Heneda: It is a great honor and pleasure for me to be in Makedonski Brod. I am impressed by the natural beauty of this region. Our support is concentrate on getting citizens to improve their quality of life. We, the Japanese people, are very happy as friends of the Macedonian people for all the citizens of Makedonski Brod who will benefit from this project. Zarko Simeski: Huge thanks to the Government of Japan and the Japanese people for their cooperation and full support for the realization of the project for improving the medical conditions in the Health Center in Makedonski Brod. Thanks to your donation, this institution has been completely reconstructed and given a new look and better working conditions for both the staff and the care of the patients in the conditions they deserve. We hope for further successful cooperation.
State Secretary in the Ministry of Health in working visit to PHI Health Center Makedonski Brod
State Secretary at the Ministry of Health, Dr. Vladimir Miloshev, visited the Health center in Makedonski Brod and the Health point in the village of Preglovo — the Municipality of Plasnica, where he met with the director and the board of specialists. The purpose of the visit is to review the current conditions and needs of the health center and health points in order to improve the conditions for staff and patients.
